He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Juanita Gibbs Walker; his sister Marjorie Ann Walker Nelson; his nephews, George Bernard Nelson Jr. (Jenna), James Ernest Nelson (Judith), David Alan Nelson, Mark Logan Gibbs and Patrick Eugene Gibbs; his niece Gladys Allison Keniston (Tony); his great-nieces and great-nephews, James Bryson Nelson, Rhein Nelson, Kathryn Leigh Nelson, Chrissie Keniston and Jessica Keniston; and his brothers-in-law, William Leonard Gibbs and Allison Eugene Gibbs.
