He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman B. Keenan Jr. and Frances Bremer Keenan; his son John Keenan; his stepdaughter Stacy Pope; and his sisters, Muriel Keenan, Jane Keenan Miller and Donna Keenan Byrd.

He is survived by: his wife Wendy Keenan; his siblings, Kathy Dornato (Lou) and Michael Keenan (Carolyn); his grandsons, Keenan T. Pope and Zachary L. Pope; his son-in-law Frank Pope (Kelly); and his grandchildren-in-law, Mary Cathryn Cronk (Ethan) and Everett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO box 7023, Marrifield, VA 22116-7023.
