He is survived by: his children, Shelby Hicks Walters (Robert) of Charleston, SC and Reubin Gordon Hicks III of Chocowinity, NC; his grandchildren, Ashley Bode (Adam) and Bryan Walters (Megan); his great grandchildren, Judah, Ella, Levi and Dain; and his siblings, Edward Daniel Hicks, Sr. and Alberta Hill.
