She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Manning and Bevvie Orvin Manning; and her siblings, James Robert Manning, Jr., Bevvie "Estvie" Popivchak (Andrew), Dessie Davis (Aleco), Robert Manning (Delores), Mary Kirby (Charles) and Thomas Manning (Audrey).
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Raymond Presnell, Jr. (Erin) of Johns Island, SC, Patresa Presnell Bradley of Charleston, SC, Kimberly Presnell Wimberly of Charleston, SC and Tammy Presnell Waite (Jamie) of Summerville; her grandchildren, Erik Presnell, Alex Presnell, Cassell Presnell, Dacey Presnell, Russell Mazell, Kaylen Bradley, Hannah Winningham, JD Waite, Constance Wimberly, Megan Wimberly and Bobbie Jo Wimberly; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Cannon, Kai, Adalynne, Brayden, Ansley, Anastasia, Braxton, Noah, Kyler, Maverick and Sutton; and her sister-in-law Delores Manning. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
