He is survived by: his father Robert "Bobby" Roland Mallard; his daughter Julia Mallard Watkins (Mac); his siblings, Robert "Rob" Roland Mallard, Jr., Rose "Sissy" Elizabeth Mallard and Patrick Joseph Mallard; his grandson Thomas Weil Watkins; his siblings' children, Robert Roland Mallard III and Grace Ann Mallard; the mother of his child Sally Weil; and his close friends, Nicole Kingsley and Phillip Owens.
