He is survived by: his wife Ethel DuRant Hughes; his daughters, Ellen McCrory (Scott) and Mary Carol Hughes Smith (Kenneth); his grandsons, Brian McCrory, Kyle McCrory, Kevin McCrory, Ean Smith, Zachary Smith and Joshua Smith; his great grandchildren, Katherine McCrory, Margaret McCrory, Edward McCrory and Pyren Smith; and his brother Elmond "Jake" Hughes (Geri).
