It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donita Holland Linton of Cheraw, South Carolina, born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Holland and Sue Holland; and her brother Michael Holland. She is survived by: her husband William "David" Linton; her children, Meagan Linton MacBean (Drew) of Columbia, SC and William David Linton II of Cheraw, SC; her grandson Trey Linton of Cheraw, SC; and her sisters, Cathy Holland Adams (Tim) of Cheraw, SC, Donna Holland Gouge (Dean) of Bakersville, NC and Connie Holland McKinney of Cheraw, SC. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, and sixteen great nieces and nephews.
