With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Ann Laney Streater (Cheraw, South Carolina), who passed away on November 11, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Campbell Plyler Laney and Grace Ethel Baskin Laney; and her siblings, Jean Laney Harris (Charles Anthony Harris) and Campbell Plyler Laney, Jr. (Mary Blanche Corry). She is survived by: her husband James Allan Streater; her children, James Allan Streater, Jr (Michael Russell DuFault), John Wesley Streater (Carolyn Inabinet Streater), Campbell Laney Streater (Caroline Whitehead Streater), Gracyn Streater Jackson (Charles Reid Jackson, Jr.) and Julie Streater Coggeshall (Berryman Edwards Coggeshall); her great grandchild Wes Streater (Caleigh); her grandchildren, Parker Streater, Jamie Streater (Kalin), River, Emery, Eliza, Hailey Streater, Jake Streater, Charlie Jackson, Campbell Jackson and Anna Hailey Powers Turnblad; her children, Maximilian Turnblad, Savannah Turnblad and Jillian Powers McLaurin (Eddie); and her grandchildren, Lochlan, Henry and Stuart Powers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
