He is survived by : his parents, Kenneth Lee Foster, Jr. and Karen Sue Miller Price of West Farmington, OH; his wife Ellen McFarline Foster; his sons, Anthony Mancuso of Florida, Thomas Foster of Bethany, CT, John Foster (Author) of Middletown, CT and Tracy Foster, Jr. of Marion, SC; and his siblings, Perry King of Pennsylvania, Dwayne Foster (Nicole) of Jensen Beach, FL, Alice "Sissy" Cook of West Farmington, OH, Hope Clayton of Canton, OH and Jennifer Foster of Jupiter, FL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
