She is survived by: her daughters, Jo Ann Briggs, Bennie Brewton-Boyd and Brenda Miller (Robert); her sisters, Christine Hardy, Edith Jackson (Joshua) and Shirley Dewberry (Ervin); her grandchildren, Robert Briggs, Jr. (Kenya), Christopher Miller (Shawanda), Tiffany Miller and Amber Briggs; and her great grandchildren, Moses, Caleb, Micah Briggs, Ashayla Briggs-Chambers and Christopher. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
