We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2020, at the age of 82, Maye D. Collins of Chesnee, South Carolina, born in Woodruff, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Robert F. Beason; her granddaughter Misty Brakefield; her siblings, Walter "Dub", Hugh "Alvin" Dixon and Margaret Ervin; and her parents, Walter Lee Dixon and Grace Eppley Dixon.
She is survived by: her sisters, Fay Cooley and Beth White; her children, Paula Greene, Tony Collins (Michelle), Crystal Hall (Matthew) and Barbara Smith; her grandchildren, Ryan Cooper, Tiffany Lester, Josh Sanders (Amber), Bryson Hall (Kim) and Chandler Hall (Robbie Greene); and her great grandchildren, Reese, Riley Cooper, Kaylynn Greene, Cassidy and Silas Lester.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ms. Maye Collins' name to the Alzheimer's Association, 901 S Pine St, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
