He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hames and Marvey Henson Hames. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Robbins (Buddy), Rita Harris (Sonny) and Freda Norris (Jimmy); his brother Roger Hames; his grandchildren, Airman Tim Robbins (Morgan), Kelly Moore (Brandon), Jon Harris, Daniel Norris and Danielle Norris; and his great grandchildren, Della, Oliver Robbins, Naomi and Silas Moore.
