We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2024, at the age of 96, Ada Rovella Hawkins Royer of Chester, South Carolina, born in Union, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Hawkins and Lizzie Enlow Hawkins; her husband Sidney Royer; and her sons, Mark Hawkins and Ronnie Hawkins.

She is survived by : her daughters, Janie Mahaffey (Robert) of Chester, SC, Ann Hawkins of Jacksonville, FL and Marlene Crosby of Chester, SC; and her sister Barbara Robinson of Chester, SC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
