He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver DeVatt and Betty Struble DeVatt Wydner. He is survived by: his wife Lytha Ginny Estes DeVatt; his children, George Copeland (Pam), Jason Burd and Kisha Grant; his siblings, Stanley Rush, Bob Rush, Ed DeVatt, Les DeVatt, Robin Benedek and Lorraine Agulis; and his grandchildren, Autumn Grant, Alyssa Grant, Chloe Loftis, Tyler Copeland, Clayton Copeland, Christian Copeland and Jaylan Burd.
