He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold J. Millsaps and Myrtis Elizabeth Davis Millsaps; and his sisters, Sue Johnson, Joyce Melton, Linda Tanner, Jeanine Walters and Carolyn Masters.

He is survived by: his brothers, Alvin D. Millsaps (Mary Rose) of Chester, SC and Charles Norman Millsaps (Connie) of Dallas, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
