She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva O'Brian and Jean Ross O'Brian. She is survived by: her husband Craig Harper; her children, Stephanie Cheshire (Chad) and Gary Kinnane of Gastonia, NC; her grandchildren, Tyler Kinnane and Paige Cheshire; and her sisters, Maureen Wright (Marty) of Chester, SC and Karen Poulson (Kenny) of Dawsonville, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

At the request of the family memorials may be made to any homeless shelter because Barbara had a burdened heart for the homeless.
