He is survived by: his wife Mary McCorkle Willard; his children, Angela Willard Privette of Chester, Billy Eugene Willard, Jr. (Angel) of Rock Hill and Brian Scott Willard (Kristi) of Fort Lawn; his siblings, Larry E. Willard (Dorothy) of Chester, Frances W. Foster (Don) of Chester and Margaret W. Barber (Bobby) of Morehead City, NC; his mother-in-law Della Wylie McCorkle of Lando; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Willard of Chester and Kaye Plyler of Lancaster. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
