He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyed R. Gibson and Janie Elizabeth Reid Gibson; and his siblings, Donald Gibson, Ralph Gibson and Allee Duncan.
He is survived by: his sons, Bradley Gibson (Mandy) of Great Falls and Phillip Gibson (Tracey) of Great Falls; his grandchildren, Luke Spires, Cody Spires, Jackson Gibson and Callie Gibson; and his siblings, Roger Gibson of Chester and Mary Welch of Chester. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
