It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Kay Ashley Elwell (Chester, South Carolina), who passed away on April 4, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Ashley and Mabel Melton Ashley; her husband Leonard Wayne Elwell; and her sister Juanita Hatchell. She is survived by: her children, Justin Elwell of Chester, Ashley Zarko of Chester and Dawn Elwell of Chester; her grandchildren, Taylor, MacKenzee, Bree, Devyn, Madison, Zoe, Payton and Bryson; her great grandchildren, Isaac, Bentley and Nilan; and her sisters, Liz DalPogetto (Ron) of Rock Hill and Lejean Smith (Leslie) of Rock Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
