He is survived by: his wife Juanita Lipscomb Beltz; his children, John Howard Beltz (Katy) of Dandridge, TN and Nancy Beltz Wilburn (Jim Gough) of Chester, SC; his grandchildren, John Beltz of Rock Hill, SC, William Beltz (Pawnee) of Rock Hill, SC, Andy Beltz of Rock Hill, SC, Adam Williams of Rock Hill, SC and Lauren Wilburn Long (Jack) of Odenton, MD; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Beltz, Leo Beltz, Lily Beltz, Jack Henry Long and Charlotte Long. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
