It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dewey Fowler of Chester, South Carolina, born in Selma, North Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey and Lillie Mae Davis Fowler, Sr.; and his son Brian Mitchel Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Linda Benfield Fowler; his children, Dewey D. "Pat" Fowler, III (Shawn), Tammy Lynn Zvodar (John) of Alabama, Nina Dougan (David) of Chester and Jennifer Bowden (Jared); and his brother Earl Fowler of Rock Hill. He is also survived by thirteen grand-children and 15 great-grand-children.
