He was predeceased by: his parent Charles E.; and his spouse Donna Grant Blair. He is survived by: his parent Dollie Smith Blair; his daughters, Sherry B. Lampley (Jimmy) of Cheraw and Sheila Duncan (Charlie) of Chester; and his sister Audrey Clayton (Leon) of Blackstock.
