She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lewis and Juanita Hambrick Lewis; her grandson Sal Carlton; and her brothers, Dickie, Dutley and Billy Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Sullivan; her daughter Anita Faye Carlton (Steven) of Chester, SC; her grandchildren, Nichole Holliman, Danielle Gregory, James Carlton, Rachael Carlton and Jessica Carlton; and her siblings, Ervin Lewis of Chester, SC, Joey Lewis of Dallas, NC and Peggy Gaius (Doulos) of Valley, Alabama. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
