Frances Feighner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Feighner of Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Feighner; her parents, Rexford Odell Owens and Julia Roberts Owens; her sister Carol Lloyd; and her stepdaughter Dixiana DeVault.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald R. "Jerry" Owens (Linda) of Chester and Dorothy O. Bianco of Chester; and her stepdaughters, Sheena Brown of Indiana and Connie Folk of Indiana. She is also survived by numerous step-grand-children and nieces and nephews.
The graveside Celebration of Life service with social distancing protocols in place will be held 3 p. m., Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Chester Memorial Gardens, with Reverends Curtis Marshall and Ricky Letson speaking.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the USC Lancaster Nursing Scholarship Program, 476 Hubbard Drive, Lancaster, SC 29720 or Hospice House of Laurens County, 1304 Springdale Drive, Clinton, SC 29329.
