He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances George Caldicott and Cynthia Clapton Caldicott; and his brothers, Graham and Victor Caldicott. He is survived by: his wife Ann Stephenson Caldicott; his daughter Karen C. Clayton (Kevin) of Myakka City, FL; his grandsons, Brandon Clayton of Myakka City, FL and Lukas Clayton of Myakka City, FL; his brother David Caldicott of Bromsgrove, England; and his nieces, Louise Caldicott and Megan Haywood of Bromsgrove, England.
