We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2020, at the age of 88, Frank Dowell Binns of Chester, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Binns and Tiny Lou Booker Binns; his daughter Virginia Darlene Binns; and his siblings, Horace Neal, Fred W., Billy Ross Binns and June M. Bolt.
He is survived by: his wife Azilee Cabiniss Binns. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
