It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Nicholas Vastis of Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas S. Vastis and Demetra G. Mandis; and his brothers, Sam N. Vastis and Andrew N. Vastis. He is survived by: his wife Bessie Poulos Vastis of Chester, SC.; his sister Dena Vastis Dalakouras of Chicago; and also, Gus, Pete Poulos and Sam K. Poulos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
