He is survived by: his son Jarvis Howard Colvin (Tammy); his wife Rebecca Massebeau Parrot Colvin; his grandson Jarvis Frazer Colvin (Jenny) of Chester, SC; and his great grandchildren, Jay and Briley Colvin.
