He was predeceased by: his father Joe Gaston Dawkins. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Thomas Dawkins; his sister Cheryl McCrorey (Leroy) of Richburg; his friend Neneece Collazo; and his sibling's children, April Caldwell and Lee Blackwell.
