It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Carol Cox Watkins of Chester, South Carolina, born in Franklinville, North Carolina, who passed away on April 3, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Avant Cox and Annie Louise Saunders Cox; her siblings, Lacy Cox, Carlton Cox and Sue Cox Blackburn; and her great grandchildren, Treasure Rain and Nolan Ryan West.
She is survived by: her children, Beth West (Robbie) of Chester and Billy Watkins (Lorrie) of St. Johns, FL; her grandchildren, Leanne Howze, Rob West, Elizabeth Frazer (Charles), Harrison Watkins and Avery West; her great grandchildren, Layla West, Will West and Nova Frazer; and her sister Sandra Cox Bunting of Asheboro, NC..
