He is survived by: his wife Becky Lynn Ashley Hall; his children, James W. Hall, Morris W. Hall, IV and Amber Nicole Hall; his mother Jacquelyn Bishop Lipe of Rock Hill; and his siblings, Kimberly DaSilva of Rock Hill, Connie Starnes of Rock Hill, Shana Starnes (Jeff) of Rock Hill, Katrina Sketoe (Bennie) of Lowrys, J. R. Roof, Andy Greene and Timmy Ferrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
