He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny William Clack and Lillie Belle Lipford Clack; his wife Cheryl Dawkins Clack; and his grandson Scott Stowe. He is survived by: his siblings, Francis Clack and Elizabeth Brakefield; his son Lee Clack; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Cota; his children, Eric Clack and Amy; his son-in-law Kerry Stowe; his grandchildren, Joey Clack, Erica Clack, Cheryl Ann Clack, Noel Britten and Matt Stowe; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Britten and Audyn Britten.
