It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Tilley of Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Tilley; her parents, Hollis Warren Howington and Rosie Kate Boyett Howington; her son Jamie Howington; and her brother Horace Howington (Tony).
She is survived by: her children, Tina Nicholson (Donald) of Lancaster, Wesley Dean Charles (Joanie) of Rock Hill and Mary Darlene Charles (Charlie) of Blackstock; and her siblings, Janelle H. Knabb of Lancaster and Bobby Howington (Linda) of Pineville. She is also survived by nine grand-children, eight great grand-children.
