It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Saye Miller (Chester, South Carolina), born in Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent James Samuel Miller. He is survived by: his parent Ora Worley Miller; his children, Leann Gregory (Richard) of Chester, Billy Branch and James "Jimmy" Miller (Dee) of Union; his grandchildren, Lee Elrod of Lockhart, Ariel Gregory of Chester, Austen Miller of Union and Colt Gregory of Chester; and his close friend Betty Jean Stepp of Lockhart.
