We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2020, at the age of 78, Polly Foster of Chester, South Carolina, born in Ware Shoals, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Horace Ross Meeks and Aleene Williams Meeks; and her brother Preston Meeks. She is survived by : her husband Thomas Harvey Foster; her daughter Dawne Sanders Collins (Bobby); her stepsons, Dwayne Foster and John Foster; her granddaughters, Ashley Collins and Megan Goff; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Jake and Collin; and her brothers, Lamar Meeks and Lanny Meeks. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren; and eight step-great-grandchildren.

Everyone will be required to wear a mask according to the City of Rock Hill ordinance.
