It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Harris Webb Jr. (Chester, South Carolina), born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on April 15, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Webb, Sr. and Mildred Anderson Webb. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Webb Cronan (Bill) of Chester, SC, Karen Webb Brown of Chester, SC and Meredith Webb Ward (Jeff) of Hiawassee, GA.; and his pet Box.
