He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys McPherson Clack; and his daughter Linda Diane Clack. He is survived by: his parents, Johnson Clack and Mary Jane Coleman Clack; his daughter Ann Clack; and also, Linda Graham and Sandra Martin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
