He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gonzales and Margaret Hopper Gonzales Hall. He is survived by: his wife Tammie Mobley Gonzales; his son Francisco Roberto "Robbie" Soledad Gonzales (Cynthia) of Chester; his siblings, Ricky Gonzales (Sheila) of Rock Hill and Franquitta "Sissy" Blanchett (Duncan); his grandchildren, Torrie, Javy and Marteen Gonzales of Chester; and his stepfather Larry "Moe" Hall of Chester.
