She was predeceased by: her parent Mary Virginia Vaughn; her son Justin Simonds; and her sister Melissa Taylor. She is survived by: her son-in-law Cory; her daughter Krystal McLean of Chester; her grandchildren, Kirstien Williamson, Kyle McLean and Kori McLean; and her siblings, Vickie L. Adams, Ginny Rutherford, Michael Adams, Troy Adams and Greg Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
