He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman W. Sisk, Sr. and Evelyn Hefner Sisk; his son Tony Sisk; and his sister Pam Bickett. He is survived by: his wife Dianne S. Sisk; his son Dusty Sisk (Jean Ann) of Chester; his grandsons, Dustin Sisk (Courtney) of Summerville and Evan Sisk of Chester; and his nephew Bert Bickett (Leigh Ann) of Chester.
