She was predeceased by: her husband Frank D. Binns; her parents, James Ira Cabanniss and Bonnie Roberts Cabaniss; her daughter Virginia Darlene Binns; and her siblings, James Ira Cabaniss, Jr. and Shirley C. Alexander.
She is survived by: her brother Bobby Cabaniss (Peggy) of California; and also Vickie Clark.
