He is survived by: his wife Lucy Shepherd Price; his children, Karen Price Gardner (Brian) of Chester and Robert Kevin Price (Hisayo) of Chester; his grandchildren, Lucy, Kabri and Will Gardner of Chester; and his sister Shirley Price Barber of Chester.
