She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Willie and Retha Lang Adams; her husband Tony Wayne Brown; her son Rodney Wayne Brown; and her sister Louise "Sis" Adams Skipper.

She is survived by : her children, Gina B. Wilkerson (Tony "Slim") of Chesterfield, SC and Kevin Wayne Brown of Chesterfield, SC; her grandchildren, Kaleb Brown, Jake Brown, Trevor Wilkerson (Taylor) and Reagan Wilkerson; her great grandchildren, Marissa Brown and Gunner Wilkerson; her brother William Adams (Sonia) of Chesterfield, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Bobby Brown (Janice) of Chesterfield, SC and Trina Curtis of Chesterfield, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pine Grove Baptist Church (293 Zoar Rd, Chesterfield, SC 29709). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at the Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (293 Zoar Rd, Chesterfield, SC 29709).
