With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd G. Steen (Chesterfield, South Carolina), born in Jefferson, South Carolina, who passed away on May 24, 2020 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Floyd G. Steen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Matt" and Millie Demby Steen; his sons, Larry and Junior Steen; his brothers, Sam, Roy, Olin and John Steen; and his son-in-law Buster Hunsucker.
He is survived by: his wife Eula J. Steen; and his children, Judy Linker of Mt. Pleasant, NC, Glenda Hunsucker of Rockwell, NC, Violet Hall (James) of Easley, SC, Trenia Freeman (Dennis) of Ruby, SC and Mike Watts (Elizabeth) of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
