She is survived by: her daughter April Moore; her brother Frank Iacovone, II (Dora) of Rockingham, NC; her sister-in-law Pam Rhynes of Wadesboro, NC; her sibling's children, Stacy Soles (Mickey) of Whiteville, NC, Christina Bromley-Turner of Rockingham, NC, Scott Rhynes of Wadesboro, NC and Ike Iacovone (Shannon) of Rockingham, NC; her aunt June Virts of Keyser, WV; her great-nephews, Mason, Logan Iacovone, Gage, Cameron Bromley-Turner, Blake Tice and Brett Tice; her great-niece Alexis Greene (Tyler); and her pet Lexi.
