She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Brower and Sarah Buff Brower; her brother Buck Brower; and her grandson Ray Keith. She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" L. Gainey, Sr.; her daughters, Elizabeth Caroline Riley of Cheraw, SC, Kathryn Riley Keith (Donald Ray) of Patrick, SC and Angela R. Riley (Joe West) of Ruby, SC; her stepsons, Joseph L. Gainey, Jr. (Kathy) of Henderson, NC, Timothy Gainey (Rebekah) of Lexington, NC, Michael Gainey (Donna) of Hartsville, SC and Luke Gainey of Hartsville, SC; her grandchildren, Jessica Riley, Abbi Lang, Grayson Lang, Melissa Keith, Jennifer Keith Lowe (Lance), Richard Owensby (Gennifer) and Madason Gibson Carnes (Kaleb); her brother Franklin Thomas Brower (Cindy) of Cheraw, SC; and her sibling's children, Kyle Brower (Kimberly), Amanda Ratliff (Randale) and Holly Rivers (Daniel). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 9 step- grandchildren; 7 step great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either Gentiva Hospice or Crescent Hospice.
