She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mitchell and Frances Davis Rhynes; her siblings, Clyde Rhynes, Johnny Rhynes and Gertrude Watson; her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Rhynes, Doris Rhynes and Curtis Goodwin; and her siblings' children, Jerry Hurst, Jerry Watson, John Gary Rhynes and Rita Melton.

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Richard Rhyne (Elaine) of Chesterfield, SC, Mickey Hurst (Peggy) of Ruby, SC, Patsy Mills of Chesterfield, SC, Betty Wilkerson of Chesterfield, SC, Linda Hurst of Chesterfield, SC, Mary Rhynes Boan of Chesterfield, SC, Susan Tyner of Morven, NC, Terry Rhynes of Wallace, SC, Kathy Watson of Kannapolis, NC, Robert Watson, Tommy Watson, Timmy Goodwin and Curtis Goodwin, Jr..
