She was predeceased by: her parents, Major Bright and Olla Lowery Bright Waddell. She is survived by: her children, Johnny Kirkland of Clifton and Linda Batson of Clifton; her brother Bobby Bright, Sr. of Clifton; and her son-in-law Danny Batson. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
