He is survived by: his wife Dana Adams; his children, Jon David Adams (Rachel) of Jacksonville, FL, Jennifer Francis of Joanna and Julianne Webb (John) of Taylors; his grandchildren, Devin, Austin Francis, Zoey Lipford, Tori, Lizzi Head and Jonathan Bryan Adams; and his brother Dale Adams of Joanna.
