She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dunlap and Mary Young Dunlap; her husband Larcell L. Bell, Sr.; and her sisters, Josephine Cheeks (Herbert), Ida Beatrice Franklin (Sammie), Lucy Mae Swittenberg (Guy B.) and Essie L. Taylor (George).
She is survived by: her son Larcell L. Bell, Jr. of Laurel, Maryland; her grandchildren, Catherine Y. Bell, Crystal Black (Hillard), Valarie Curtis, DC of Washington and Cyrus Crusoe; and her brothers, Edward Watson of Clinton and John Henry Watson of Clinton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Mrs. Bell attended church faithfully until her health failed, but she would listen to church services by phone during the pandemic.
